It has really changed, not changed but revolutionized the whole concept of mobile phone design and embedded features that are packed in the present day hand sets. iPhone introduces an entirely never conceived new user interface based on a large multi-touch display, rather than resorting to “buttons” and pioneering new software, which lets users to control iPhone with just their fingers. iPhone also ushers in an era of software power and a giant leap into the world of mobile telephony.

In the “…global fast growing smartphone markets”, comes yet another Windows mobile phone called the iMate Jama. The handset is an entry level, basic handset, and comes powered with the capacity of Window Mobile 5.0 PDA phone. Which mean the phone is just apt for anyone who is looking out for basic Windows Mobile phone to stay connected and organized.

The iMate Jama comes dressed smartly in complimentary colour. There is a subtle magnetism about it, as if iMate Jama has been wrapped with the secret of corporate ‘power dressing’. Unlike our usual encounters with heavy smartphones, this handset is light and compact – making the device extremely portable.

The front fascia of the mobile is dominated by a large 2.4 QVGA touchscreen. Since the phone lacks QWERTY keypad, the touchscreen display is used for the input. The screen is of good resolution, and poses no difficulty when reading texts, messages etc. There are also short cut buttons under the screen for instant access to applications.

The iMate Jama is a dual-band (900/1800MHz) GSM/GPRS handset. Which means the handset offers seamless connection, no matter which part of the world you are in. This will prove extremely beneficial feature for people who are always on a go. Besides, for wireless connectivity, the iMate Jama comes with Bluetooth v1.2 connectivity running a 300 MHz Samsung processor. Another ’smart’ feature of the phone is that the iMate Jama memory receives 128 MB ROM, 64 MB ROM, and removable microSD memory. This suffices the requirement of all those storage of files, data etc.

Other notable features of i-Mate Jama are – a 2.0 MP of camera, and the usual i-mate applications like the i-mate Profile Controller and i-mate Media Control Panel. There also comes a complete set of Windows Mobile 5.0 applications. An impressive mobile indeed, the iMate Jama is a treat for anyone who wants power in the most affordable package.

A mobile phone has become an inseparable part of our lives and by the time, there are more and more users, which are consistently increasing in numbers. All the credit goes to all the handsets manufacturers that offer all sorts of mobile handsets, as per the changing trends and financial capabilities of million of users. From entry level, mid level mobile phones, you have highly innovative smartphones – all are here to take a good care of your mobile needs.

Of late, Nokia launched another mid-range smartphone – the Nokia 6120 Classic. To optimise data downloading speed, this phone supports the reliable and efficient HSDPA technology. When, you take a first glance over this gadget, you would find it just like like another mid range phone, as its sedate designing does hide lot of its capabilities. The most illustrating thing about HSDPA technology is that it delivers up to ten times faster data downloading speed than normal WCDMA networks.

Two options are always better than one and you do get that in Nokia 6120 Classic. It comes with two cameras, while one is fitted on the front side, specifically for video calling. And, there is another 2.0 mega pixels camera, which enables you to enjoy photography and further supported by 4x digital zoom and light facing sensor. You can also manage your various tasks in the easiest possible way with its accomplished features such as a calendar, task list, and email access among various other compatible tools.

When it comes to overall connectivity, this phone supports the popular GSM/WCDMA networks, which do provide compatible connectivity across the globe. However this can be taken as a drawback, as a HSDPA enabled phone does not come in full terms in connectivity due to lack of Tri-band technology. You can enjoy a good viewing experience on its TFT LCD display. Well, these are just the early days for the Nokia 6120 Classic and only the time will decide whether this handset would be able to create a big impact in mobile market or not. Nokia 6120 Pink.
